基础安装
Basic installation
如果水处理设备需要基础，如大型的离子交换树脂罐等，基础的制作要严格按照设备的安装说明书进行。基础的尺寸、强度和水平度都要符合要求。可以使用水准仪等工具来确保基础的水平，水平误差一般要控制在允许范围内，避免设备安装后出现倾斜，影响设备的正常运行。
If the water treatment equipment requires a foundation, such as a large ion exchange resin tank, the production of the foundation should strictly follow the installation instructions of the equipment. The basic dimensions, strength, and levelness must meet the requirements. Tools such as level gauges can be used to ensure the level of the foundation, and the horizontal error should generally be controlled within the allowable range to avoid tilting of the equipment after installation, which may affect its normal operation.
对于有减震要求的设备，要在基础和设备之间安装合适的减震装置，如橡胶减震垫等，减少设备运行时的震动和噪音。
For equipment with damping requirements, suitable damping devices such as rubber damping pads should be installed between the foundation and the equipment to reduce vibration and noise during operation.
管道安装
Pipe installation
管道连接要牢固、密封良好。在安装过程中，要注意管道的走向和坡度。对于有排水要求的管道，如过滤器的排污管道，要有一定的坡度，使污水能够顺利排出。
The pipeline connection should be firm and well sealed. During the installation process, attention should be paid to the direction and slope of the pipeline. For pipelines with drainage requirements, such as filter discharge pipelines, there should be a certain slope to ensure smooth discharge of sewage.
